About Vincent

Vincent J. Deleo is a chartered professional accountant based in Vaughan, Ontario. He holds the CPA, CA designation from CPA Ontario, is a CFA charterholder, and earned his MBA at the Schulich School of Business.

His work combines executive leadership, commercial banking, tax expertise, operational management and entrepreneurial experience — a track record of scaling businesses, improving profitability and leading strategic growth.

He founded Vincent J. Deleo Professional Corporation in 2014 and has run it ever since. Since 2018 he has also served as President of a food manufacturing business, which is where the advisory work stops being theoretical.

Outside the office, Vincent lives in Vaughan with his wife and their two children. He's active in the local Italian-Canadian community around Tre Mari Bakery, and has spent several seasons volunteering as a youth hockey coach.
